500 people in the pool. Room for wasn't cleaned. Tried to charge me for breakfast upgrade when it was included in my booking.

Horrible stay! Misleading advertising!

Nothing!

Everything! Misleading information about the Breakfast included as well. Beware! Double Express Room the breakfast is only fried rice, coffee and tea. But there are no explanation regarding that. It wrote Breakfast included, was expecting full buffet breakfast! The Hotel is too pricey for what they offer people! Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable! Too many chlorine on the pool! There are more better budget rooms in Manado rather than this Hotel!

Every where smoking, don't have hot water is the room, hotel 1 star

Room is big. If you paid a food in a restaurant is good.

Breakfast is only indonesian food whith spycy. Room is no cleaner i have call for cleaner. No have hot water in a bathroom. Every is smooking room i have a problem with smoke but in this hotel smoke in every where.

Not pleasant

After I filed a complaint about the shabby and very bad room, the Front desk reception staff changed my room to a better room,

I was given a really bad, not fit for anyone to stay in room. The wall papers in the room were peeling and torn. The bed sheet was torn, the bed skirting was torn, the wall around the air conditioner was dirty, it had black stains and mould. At the entrance door, the ceiling near the door had mould which is bad for your health.... It was one of my worst experience being in a hotel room.... I was going to take photos of the room and post it on Social Media because this was a shocking looking room...

Kebersihan bagus. Pegawainya ada yg ramah ada yg gk.

Tidak ramah pegawai bagian restoran nya. Mau sarapan aja harus bawa kertasnya. Padahal udah diliatin foto kertasnya. Temen mau masuk tapi gk makan temenin aja gk bisa. Katanya gk bisa berkeliaran di restoran.

Seminggu sekali satu sampai dua hari karena ada perkara di Pengadilan Bktung

Tifak ada. Hotel tua, dekorasi jelek, kamar bau apek/bau rumah kosong, shower kamar mandi bocor, sarapan tidak rnak, reaeptionia lamban

Hotel tidk adil dalam mengecharge tarif early check in. Hotel engatakan akan.memberi best accomodate tp nyatanya mengecharge double harga kamar utk early check ini. Padahal dalam balasan special rwuest dia tdk menyebutlan akan mengecharge double utk early check in

No towels in the room when we arrived so we had to ask for...

No towels in the room when we arrived so we had to ask for them via hotel phone. They didn't arrive so we had to ask the housecleaning directly. 5 times I had to ask VERY noisy neighbours to keep quiet because they had their 3 doors open to a family/friends of 20 people. Why place us next to a room of 20 people like that. Room service food was not at all edible so don't order from there.

Sangat membosankan

Tempat tidur lumayan enak dan lokasinya juga enak

Tempat tidur tidak punya bantal guling, sarapan harga promo hanya dapat nasi goreng, dan tidak di infokan disaat cekin sampai2 saya tidak jadi sarapan dan memilih cekout, deposit 300 ribu, trusss kalo mau merokok harus tambah biaya 200 ribu lagi untuk deposit agar pintu balkon bisa dibuka jadi kalo mai pesan smoking roon harus deposito 500.000 keseluruhannya

Booking 8 room 5 Juni, Ke hotel jam 1 dng maksud ga apa2 tungguin check in jam 2, trnyta smpe jam 5 malam kamar blum ready semua, kunci kamar udah ada tpi kita harus nunggu di depan kamar smpe jam 5 dng alasan yg luar biasa "banyak staf yg libur"... Loh.. lohh.. sya ga mau tau kan saya bayar buat nginap bukan buat dengar curhat anda, sya sangat.. sangat kecewa, TDK ada permintaan maaf, malahan mengeluh SMA tamu bhwa stafnya kurang (ingat lohh, anda staf & sya tamu).. Ga ada slipper dng alasan stok kosong (ini hotel apaan), ga ada cover duve alasannya kehabisan JD cm di kasih sheet aja bt alas duve (ini apa-apaan), aduhhh ini hotel * kan? Knp pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan, ada beranda tpi bt mnta di buka aja Qt harus turun LG ke bawa buay deposit kunci, harusx permudah tamu dng info yg jls, sya kecewa benar2 kecewa.. uang yg saya keluarkan buat liburan keluarga ga sesuai dng fasilitas yg SDH saya baca di booking.com.. tolong sutanraja, kl masih ingin di datangi tamu, perbaiki pelayanan anda, upgrade terus staf anda, byk2 in training biar sopan dng tamu, sya bayar loh bukan mnta nginap gratis... Pelayanan terparah yg pernah saya alami...

Review tamu sebelumnya membuat sy menyiapkan keperluan yg tidak disediakan

Kamar, koridor, taman, & kolam renang leluasa, cukup bersih, tapi terkesan lengang.

Lokasi jauh dari destinasi wisata, jauh dari kota, lebih cocok utk yg ingin menjauh dari keramaian. Tapi cukup dekat dg bandara.

Harap diperhatikan kebersihan & ketepatan dlm membersihkan kamar

Tolong kebersihan hotel dijaga. Sayangnya udah gak sebersih yg dulu. Terutama toilet dekat restoran. Bau selokan yg tidak enak & sangat menyengat. Selain itu utk waktu kebersihan (house keeping) diperhatikan. Agar pd saat cek in, kamar sudah ready. Kasian para customer harus menunggu lama. Udah gitu harus bolak balik krn pas sampe kamar, ternyata kamar blm dibersihkan.

„Das Zimmer ist groß, und das Bett bequem.

Das Zimmer ist groß, und das Bett bequem.

Das über booking.com im Preis eingeschlossene Frühstück bestand lediglich aus Tee, Kaffee und Reis, also eigentlich eine Zumutung, die den Namen Frühstück nicht verdient.. Für sechs Euro zusätzlich kann man sich am reichhaltigen, indonesischen Frühstücksbuffet bedienen.

The place is big, but just cant get past the changes they are going the wrong way.

The food was good, the staff was good, one of the better pools in manado

on your check out day breakfest was not included so you left hugary and not wanting to return, the last time I stayed here this was part of your booking, not sure whats going on here but they need to fix asap, I stayed at 4 hotels and they all feed you on your way out.
